Construction Requirements

1.  Ground preparation:
The ground must be clean, flat, and dry. The moisture content of the base layer should be less than 3% when using a moisture content tester.
 

There should be no hollowing, sanding, cracks or other phenomena on the ground. For cracks on the floor, white cement and gypsum can be used for repair.
 

The ground should be waterproof and meet the national high standard cement ground acceptance standards

Environmental requirements:

The indoor temperature should be around 20 ºC, and the humidity should be between 20% and 75%. Construction is strictly prohibited when the temperature is below 15 ºC, and the indoor temperature must be maintained at around 20 ºC or above.
 

Self adhesive PVC flooring should not be exposed to rain or direct sunlight, and should be placed flat in a place with a room temperature of 20 ºC or above.

Construction steps:

Use an art knife, ruler, and marker pen for construction. When splicing the floor, it should be tight, and after construction, it should be stepped on more to fix it.
 

Before laying, the floor and adhesive must be kept at a constant temperature for at least 24 hours in the construction environment, with a temperature of around 20 ºC.
 

When laying, the overlapping parts of adjacent floors should use precision overlapping cutting technology, and it is generally recommended that the overlapping width be 3 centimeters.
 

After the laying is completed, use a heavy-duty roller weighing 50 to 75 kilograms to evenly roll the floor, promptly repair any possible curling edges, and wipe off any excess adhesive on the floor surface

4. Special case handling:

If the ground has sanding, unevenness, oil stains, dust, water stains, etc., corresponding treatment is needed, such as leveling with cement or using special resin.


During winter construction, the floor should be laid 48 hours after self leveling construction.
